What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00pm.
Check-out is by 10:00am.

If you expect to arrive outside office hours, please contact us in advance to arrange late check-in.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open daily from:

9:00am to 9:00pm

If you are arriving after 9:00pm, please call the office during open hours to organise after-hours check-in.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out can be secured in advance for an additional fee.

If rooms are ready earlier on the day, we are happy to allow guests to check in early at no charge. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Guests who choose not to secure early check-in acknowledge that rooms may not be ready before the standard 2:00pm check-in time.

Please contact us prior to arrival if you wish to secure early access or a later departure time.

Is parking available?

Yes — we offer free off-street parking directly in front of your room.

We also have limited additional parking for boats, trailers, caravans, and larger vehicles. Please call ahead to confirm availability if you require extra space.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes — we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the premises, available to all guests. Login details are provided in your room.

Do you provide breakfast?

We do not serve breakfast on-site.

However, we highly recommend guests explore some of the fantastic local cafés in town. It’s a great way to enjoy quality food and coffee while supporting small local businesses during your stay.

Do you provide housekeeping during my stay?

Rooms are serviced daily as part of our standard guest service.

If you prefer not to have your room serviced, “Do Not Disturb” signs are provided in every room. Simply place the sign on your door to advise housekeeping.

What are your quiet hours?

To ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable stay, quiet hours are from:

10:00pm to 8:00am

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise to a minimum during these times.

What are the pool hours?

Our pool is open daily from:

8:00am to 10:00pm

Please supervise children at all times.

Can I cook in the room?

Cooking is not permitted in rooms.

Each room includes:

  • Microwave

  • Kettle

  • Toaster

  • Small fridge

  • Tea, coffee and milk

For guests wishing to cook outdoors, BBQ facilities are available in the undercover courtyard area.

Can I store my bike?

Yes — bicycles can be stored inside your room.

Are you pet friendly?

We are not pet friendly, and unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.

Is smoking permitted?

All rooms are strictly non-smoking.

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests.

How close are you to town?

We are just a 5-minute walk to the main street, where you’ll find:

  • Pubs

  • Cafés

  • Takeaway options

  • Supermarkets

  • Specialty shops

Everything you need is within easy walking distance.
